5 DAY CLEANSE

The five day cleanse is the chance to provide the body with the purest form of raw nutrients, minerals and living enzymes to promote the body’s natural detoxification and recovery process. A change in mindset and set practice into place for your health goals. This cleanse is an extension of self, following the 3 day cleanse feeling that they could go a little further.  The little further part extends that routine and helps to cement your personal learnings & feelings about food, self, self empowerment and your journey ahead. Of course along the way allowing your body to do ... yes! exactly what it knows to do.  And for you to take the good, the bad and the ugly ... and have the  belief that you know you can work through this.  You are the real star with any cleanse as you have the courage to do so and the juice cleanse is the vehicle.  You will experience a greater awareness of diet and desire to continue a healthy lifestyle,  less reliance on sugars and caffeine, Improved skin and sleep quality, increased positive energy and clarity of thinking, faster physical recovery and strengthened immune system and weight loss.  

Every cleanse will be a completely unique and individual experience – the body knows what to  do, let it do its thing in order to restore balance and essential life energy. 

Your first 3 days is our 3 day cleanse, easy peasy!  (see 3 day cleanse for more information)  The next 2 days will be:

(per day) 1x celery juice   1x smoothee bowl   1x kombucha   1x lemon unu juice

1x nourishing soup   *ESSENTIAL* to have lots of water as per usual over the day and prepare yourself for quality sleep.

You also have the choice to add on .. an extra 2 days to make it a 7 day cleanse. ( this must be confirmed by Thursday 5pm of that week)

* uplift first 3 daycleanse from the juicery -Sunday prior*

* uplift next 2 day cleanse Wednesday from the juicery*

If you feel the need to eat, make it a salad, some nuts, soup, fruit or steamed vegetables, preferably early evening.  You can still continue the cleanse, should still feel the benefits.  Abstain from eating meat, sugars, processed food, bread, pasta, fried foods, fizzy drinks and alcohol.  
It is ideal 2 or 3 days before the start of your cleanse to drink lots of fluid, remove fried foods, junk or processed foods and generally start to lighten up on the intake of food.   This preparation will ease the transition into the cleanse and maximise the benefits.
After the 5 day cleanse you will be aware of what to consume. Go with that, eat light, salads, plant foods & consume water, herbal teas, fruit & vegetable juices for at least 2 days thereafter.
